Three generations.
One Sacramento story.

Tacos 916 was founded by Sacramento native Emilio Flores, a third-generation taquero raised in his family’s restaurant, Taqueria Jalisco.

After growing up around the grill, hospitality, and Sacramento food culture, Emilio launched Tacos 916 in 2021 to bring that taquero experience directly to weddings, parties, and community events throughout Northern California.

This isn’t taco catering made to look authentic.
